Here's a few pointers from a person that considers themselves a relatively okay as an artist;
1. Please learn anatomy (possibly the most helpful thing in getting better at art)
2. learn shading 
3. learn how different matters (such as fabric and liquid) work and behave and learn to draw them
4. learn how to make backgrounds (makes your character look more alive)
5. don't copy (don't make exact copies of other people's art)
6. use a reference. This helps out with the anatomy part
7. when making digital art use tools other than standard paint tool
8. use constriction lines

Ps: you seem to have potential to become an artist, but it requires a lot of work. And you will need to do boring stuff such as drawing circles for hours on end or studying body structure.

Edit: you should also ditch this anime art style, since Asian cartoon styles are VERY hard to utilize when for example getting a job or some other thing that has people criticizing your art.

You might ask; why is this? Well it's because across all platforms anime art styles look really alike. Meaning you need to bet the best value artist out there, aka be the best for least amount of payment. This just means you can either be replaced by others or you just wont get a job (if art is what you pursue)
